2026 - Woodland One School, One Book Project
Welcome to the Woodland Elementary Reading Adventure!
This year, our entire school community is coming together to read E.B. White’s classic, Charlotte’s Web. We believe that when a whole school reads the same book, the characters and the story become a part of our daily conversation, bringing students, staff, and families closer together.
Watch & Listen
On this page, we will host the video recordings for all 22 chapters of the book. Each chapter is read by a special guest from our Woodland staff, from our kindergarten teachers to our Superintendent!
Our Schedule:
-
The Kick-Off: Chapters 1 and 2 will be posted on Tuesday, February 24, 2026.
-
Daily Readings: A new chapter will be unlocked every weekday morning at 8:00 AM.
The "Word of the Day" Challenge
We want our students to be active listeners! At the end of every video, our guest reader will announce a special "Word of the Day." How to participate:
-
Watch the daily chapter video.
-
Listen for the secret word at the very end.

The following morning in class, tell your teacher what the word was!
